Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years manufacturing or logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Experience supervising manufacturing or logistics operations.
• LEAN manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Implement and assign work schedules to maximize manpower and equipment.
• Define production standards and monitor performance.
• Train new employees on divisional activities and safety policies.
• Support continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
• Ensure quality checks and timely production to schedule.
