Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide Servant Leadership and manage production to meet or exceed goals within budget and maximize efficiency. Emphasis on safety, quality, demand, employee, and cost with a focus on on-time delivery to customers.

The role requires a 2-year degree or 3–5 years of manufacturing management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and databases. Supervisory experience and training completion are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree in Manufacturing Technology, Business Administration, or associated field, or 3-5 years manufacturing management experience.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, and familiarity with databases.
• Must have demonstrated strong organizational skills and strong work ethic.
• Must have completed the CCI/Speer Supervisor Training Program or be a current Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees on the production floor and provide guidance to reach performance goals.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance on NCPRs, on hold product, and testing; may be final authority on quality.
• Monitor production reports, DSCs, and orders to meet demand and on-time delivery.
• Assist with budget planning, capital expenditures, and process improvements.
• Communicate with employees and upper management; support training and policy updates.
• Participate in hiring and manage employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
