Job summary

IFA Rotorion in Summerville, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a high-volume production team. You will plan manpower, implement Lean practices, and resolve issues to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.

You will coach and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and standard work. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 and ISO14001 requirements.
• Ability to train, coach, and lead employees to meet goals.
• Lean manufacturing experience and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develops a production/manpower plan based on forecasts and lean practices.
• Leads training and development of associates; coaches for performance.
• Writes timely performance reviews and conducts one-on-one feedback sessions.
• Drives continuous improvement to enhance production methods and quality.
• Collaborates with customers, engineers, and management; supports Kaizen events.
• Maintains safety and housekeeping; participates in safety programs and trainings.
• Ensures adherence to policies, practices, and procedures; manages schedules.
