The ideal candidate has a strong electrical/mechanical background with 5+ years in E/M manufacturing, supervision experience, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/lead experience required.
• Strong electrical/mechanical background with 5+ years in E/M manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience organizing tasks to meet production goals.
• Experience with quality, safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and leadership to direct reports.
• Organize and assign work tasks to meet production goals.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and goals.
• Meet production schedules within budgets.
• Interface with Engineering to troubleshoot design issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Provide performance feedback and reviews.
• Support Engineering and Quality through process control activities.
