Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Wisconsin facility. You will lead production teams, enforce safety protocols, and partner with EHS to implement safety initiatives while driving quality and cost improvements.

This role requires hands-on leadership during a 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10PM–6AM) in a manufacturing environment. You will champion COS deployment, coach teams, and ensure SOPs are followed and improved where needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years in a manufacturing environment with leadership abilities.
• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred (engineering/business).
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles and problem‑solving tools.
• Strong MS Office and ERP skills; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct production personnel to meet output goals.
• Maintain safety by enforcing procedures and participating in safety meetings.
• Support cost reduction efforts and participate in COS deployment and coaching.
• Develop and update SOPs; ensure adherence and improvements where needed.
• Coach teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Maintain shift records and coordinate training to meet production needs.
