Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking a Production Supervisor to develop and improve manufacturing processes, drive lean initiatives, and be accountable for cost, schedule and productivity metrics.

You will direct a shift of 25–30 hourly employees, mentor crew members, and ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while optimizing performance with real-time data. Collaboration with other departments is essential to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a high potential for career development.
• Ability and willingness to lead and manage a shift of 25 - 30 hourly employees
• Ability to understand and make decisions based on real time production data
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel & Word (to create/modify documents)

Responsibilities

• Lead,track and improve performance on key department goals and objectives.
• Lead performance management and corrective action processes of direct reports through ongoing coaching, development, and accountability.
• Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques to develop crewmembers and improve performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production requirements and to ensure quality management and change management systems are adhered to.
• Collaborate with leadership team, technical support staff, and shift production teams to drive safety-focused manufacturing environment.
