Job summary

You will directly supervise 30–40 employees, drive Lean initiatives, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to prevent issues and improve quality. The role requires strong leadership, solid communication, and deep knowledge of HVAC, brazing, charging, and testing.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership of 30–40 employees in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with HVAC, brazing, charging, electrical/mechanical assembly, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Direct priorities and activities of production staff.
• Lead continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving.
• Plan and manage factory resources to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to prevent issues.
• Monitor production metrics and report KPIs.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and a safe work environment.
