Lead production transitions from engineering to production using SOPs.
Direct the engineering team in their discipline and coordinate with production.
Analyze workflow, space, and equipment layouts to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Lead capital expenditure efforts and evaluate ROI for projects.
Design fixtures and tooling with solid modeling; produce GD&T-compliant drawings.
Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and customer-ready data.
