Trane Technologies is seeking a Catalog Assembly Production Manager to lead area SQDIP performance and cross-shift alignment at our On-Site facility in Columbia, SC. The role focuses on removing barriers to maximize productivity while supporting Supervisor development and daily management practices.

You will analyze performance trends, coordinate resources, and ensure standard work is followed across shifts.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop, coach, and support Supervisors.
• Ability to analyze performance trends, interpret data, and identify systemic gaps.
