Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of production employees to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Train employees and plan/assign work under supervision.
• Address safety concerns with shift maintenance and production staff.
• Interpret specifications and job orders; assign duties accordingly.
• Inspect and measure parts to verify specifications.
• Document training with HR and coordinate sessions.
• Plan and organize the assembly department schedule daily.
• Identify root causes for quality issues and implement improvements.
• Provide feedback on performance, morale, and training gaps.
