Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have five or more years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead production personnel on the operating floor with a focus on safety and quality.
• Coach and develop hourly employees to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Design, Sales and Customer Service to ensure on-time production.
• Analyze production metrics and drive improvements in quality and efficiency.
• Support 5S, housekeeping, and KPI achievement.
