Qualifications

• Experience in production scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in window/door or aluminum fabrication preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workflows and capacity planning.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material supply.
• Prioritize orders and adjust schedules for hot jobs and service recovery.
• Coordinate scheduling across machining, thermal break, framing, glazing, and assembly.
• Work with materials and purchasing to ensure materials are available ahead of production needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust for downtime, staffing changes, or quality issues.
• Communicate schedule changes to production supervisors and team leads.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate on improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and improve workflow.
• Maintain ERP data related to work orders, build schedules, and capacity planning.
