Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee a defined value stream, drive operational excellence, and apply lean manufacturing principles across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and finance.

You will reduce waste, improve quality, and meet delivery targets through data-driven decisions. Lead a diverse team of supervisors and operators, manage planning and workforce development, and monitor KPIs to sustain continuous improvement and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• We expect a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management or a related field.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience with cross-functional leadership.
• Proven lean manufacturing implementation in high-mix environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and dashboards for data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the assigned value stream, manage daily operations, and track performance against targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure smooth flow.
• Apply lean principles, lead root-cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead a diverse team of supervisors, operators, and support staff and build accountability.
• Monitor KPIs like safety, throughput, on-time delivery, and labor efficiency.
