Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all activities within the assigned value stream.
• Collaborate with 1st Shift Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to design, manage, and improve the value stream.
• Lead a diverse team of supervisors, operators, and support staff.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in site-level planning and initiatives.
