Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory or management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or production systems.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate production team members.
• Address employee relations and attendance issues per policy.
• Review and approve time-off requests while ensuring coverage.
• Identify training opportunities to strengthen team capabilities.
• Establish and monitor productivity goals aligned with schedules.
• Coordinate with Facilities to optimize layout and workflow.
• Escalate maintenance and equipment repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Lean practices.
• Maintain clean, organized production area and operate handling equipment.
