Job summary

Kingspan Insulated Panels North America is seeking an Experienced Lean Production Manager for our Columbus, Ohio facility. This role leads daily manufacturing and assembly, ensuring safe, high-quality products delivered on time while meeting KPI targets.

The position emphasizes developing supervisors and operators, driving lean improvements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize flow, materials, and schedules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insulated panel manufacturing or related construction/metal building environments.
• Demonstrated experience applying lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in leading production teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Develop supervisors and operators through staffing, training, and cross-training.
• Drive KPI reporting, standard work, and daily management systems to ensure on-time, in-full production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and production planning.
