Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate work, assist with employee selection, review performance, and administer policies.
• Manage and drive departmental performance measures in COS with visual controls.
• Coordinate activities to maximize productivity, minimize cost, while maintaining quality and safety.
• Ensure accidents are reported and corrected expeditiously; drive continuous improvement.
• Inspect product to verify standards; provide coaching and development to staff.
• Track absenteeism and timekeeping in Kronos; lead cross-functional projects.
