Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and equipment utilization.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, improve KPIs, and drive plant profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and planning abilities.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement (a plus).

• Lead the Operation: ensure production runs efficiently, on schedule, and meets customer expectations.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: champion Lean, Six Sigma, CI, reduce waste, improve quality.
• Build & Develop High-Performing Teams: create a positive, accountable work environment and mentor staff.
• Ensure Quality & Safety Excellence: partner with Quality teams, uphold safety and compliance.
• Collaborate & Execute: set departmental goals and execute plans aligned with org objectives.
