Job summary

The candidate should have 5+ years of manufacturing management experience, with a preference for an engineering degree and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OT may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Engineering or technical degree preferred; on-the-job experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Supervisors, machine operators, and support staff across shifts.
• Ensure adherence to production plans, processes, and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment capacity and utilization; drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Coordinate with Quality and other departments to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Oversee schedules, OT, and staffing to support production goals.
