Job summary

CompoSecure, L.L.C. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of card manufacturing at our Somerset, NJ site.

The role ensures on-schedule production, quality adherence, and cost efficiency, while boosting customer and employee satisfaction. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and hands-on management of staffing and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• A minimum 10 years (or more) of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Task oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work load.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production of cards and related products to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, quality improvement, cost reduction, and on-time delivery.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff; ensure compliance with regulations; collaborate with HR.
• Direct and monitor supervisors to achieve manufacturing goals and maintain safety procedures.
• Establish and maintain an operations dashboard with KPIs for yield, on-time delivery, and machine efficiency.
