CompoSecure, based onsite in Somerset, NJ, seeks a Director of Product Management for Metal Payment Cards to own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the metal card portfolio. This role partners with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and major financial institution customers to drive growth and enhance the consumer payment experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including payments/fintech or related industries.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing product teams.
• Proven track record launching and scaling complex products in regulated or technical environments.
• Strong experience developing product strategy, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for the metal payment card portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with objectives and market opportunities.
• Identify trends, threats, and opportunities within payments ecosystems.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team influencing strategic decisions and investments.
