Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in at least one core area (CNC, tacking, lamination, engraving, card finishing).
Ability to read technical drawings/blueprints and CAD files.
Lean and ISO quality familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CNC machines, lamination, engraving, or card finishing systems.
Perform tacking operations with precision.
Inspect output quality at each stage per specifications.
Document production data and quality checks in ERP or logs.
Switch between functions to meet production demand.
Adapt to changes in workflow and scheduling to support goals.
Collaborate with supervisors to address bottlenecks.
Follow safety protocols and keep workspace organized.
Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
Report malfunctions or hazards promptly.
Select program files and adjust offsets based on material thickness.
