PVHardware is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to oversee daily plant operations, drive production targets, quality benchmarks, and safety standards. The role leads production Superintendents and Supervisors, coordinates resources and planning, and champions 5S and lean improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with at least 5 years in a leadership/supervisory role. Proven experience managing KPIs and leading Lean/5S initiatives.
• Experience in dealing with people and finding solutions to day- to day issues.
• A plus: SAP knowledge and Power BI.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• KPI monitoring and goal achievement: track and verify daily/weekly KPIs and take corrective actions when targets lag.
• Quality control and standards enforcement: ensure processes meet quality benchmarks and conduct root-cause analyses to reduce defects and scrap.
• Safety and regulatory compliance: ensure OSHA compliance and drive zero-accident culture while auditing safe work practices.
• Resource and capacity management: allocate manpower, materials, and machinery to hit targets and control costs.
• Team leadership and people management: lead Production Superintendents and Supervisors, manage staffing and training.
• Cross-functional planning and coordination: collaborate with Production Planners, Maintenance, QA, and Supply Chain to streamline workflows.
• Facility upkeep and 5S organization: maintain cleanliness and organization across production areas.
• Lean and continuous improvement: lead Kaizen, 5S, Lean projects to minimize waste and optimize layout.
