Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Team Coordinator for the 2nd Shift in the Trinergy Business Unit to support supervision by ensuring continuous production flow and addressing bottlenecks. The role involves learning all positions and filling in as needed, coordinating with Supervisors and Engineers, and facilitating lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods, and occasional travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores.
• 4+ Years Experience.
• Previous lead position experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
