The role requires the ability to work with various teams, learn all positions, and potentially perform other manufacturing duties. On-site work with long shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ Years Experience

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
