Vertiv Corporation in the United States seeks a Team Coordinator to assist the supervisor and help maintain continuous production flow. You will relieve bottlenecks, fill in positions, identify shortages, and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the Anderson facilities.

The role requires ability to learn all positions, communicate with Engineers and Managers, and travel up to 10% as needed. This is a full-time on-site position with safety as a priority.

Formación

• High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ years of experience; prior lead position preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Addresses and corrects workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
