Job summary

The Team Coordinator assists the supervisor in ensuring continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks and filling in for positions as needed. This role supports Lean Manufacturing initiatives and coordinates cross‑department requests to keep the line moving and issues resolved quickly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Preferred experience as a team lead or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottle necks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
