Job summary

The role focuses on relieving bottlenecks, filling in as needed, and coordinating with Supervisors, Engineers and Managers to implement Lean processes and resolve non-personnel issues across departments.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, and possibly up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED with minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ years of experience.
• Previous lead position experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on the manufacturing product line.
• Addresses and corrects workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies parts and resources shortages and provides solutions.
