Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; minimal WorkKeys scores.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: prior lead position experience.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on the line.
• Addresses and corrects workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers.
