• Drives cost reduction through process improvements and standard work instructions
• Designs or improves work areas and layouts with ergonomics and waste elimination in mind
• Keeps up with best practices in manufacturing methods and tech trends
• Collaborates with lean team to optimize process flow
• Develops and maintains management information, planning and control systems
• Implements methods to reduce production costs
• Conducts time studies to level-load manufacturing processes
• Instills PFMEA mindset and processes for operators
• Collaborates across the organization to solve process-output issues
• Develops, implements, and communicates best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned
