Job summary

Analog Modules, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support production process improvements and workflow analysis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Florida.

You will drive cost reductions, design efficient work areas, and collaborate with the lean team to enhance process flow. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Industrial Engineering (MS a plus), 2+ years in production, and strong RCCA/ PFMEA experience, with fluency in English and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering; a Masters is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in a production environment.
• Knowledge of PFMEA and lean manufacturing concepts.
• English fluency; Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
• Experience in cross-functional environments and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Design, redesign or optimize work areas with ergonomic focus.
• Collaborate with lean team to improve process flow.
• Develop and maintain management information and control systems.
• Implement methods to reduce production costs and level loads.
• Conduct time studies and RCCA investigations.
• Promote PFMEA mindset and continuous improvement.
• Communicate best practices across the organization.
