Job summary

HYVE Solutions seeks an Industrial Engineer to set production standards, analyze capacity, and drive Lean improvements. You will develop 2D/3D layouts in AutoCAD and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity while controlling costs.

The role requires 5+ years in IE, strong problem solving, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and timely project execution.

Qualifications

• BS Degree with 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Able to plan and implement Capital Equipment projects to identify improvement opportunities, develop an appropriate business case, and manage project execution on-time and with-in budget to deliver on business case ROI metrics.
• Strong knowledge on AutoCAD, Creating and maintaining production 2D/3D layouts.
• Knowledgeable in Manufacturing processes, construction materials and methods.
• Proficient in MS/Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Self-starter and capable to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrates strong problem solving and has a desire to learn new processes and technology.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Understanding of PFMEA, DFx, Six Sigma processes highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Set production standards and determine allowed times for tasks using standard data or time studies.
• Conduct capacity analysis with the manufacturing team to meet growing demand.
• Create 2D/3D facility drawings from specifications with AutoCAD.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
• Develop production process sequences for new products and sustain process documentation.
• Plan and manage projects to achieve continuous improvement and budget objectives.
• Collaborate with QE/TE/PM to align quality objectives and priorities.
