You will partner with site leadership to identify opportunities, map current-state processes, and drive measurable cost savings through Kaizen events and standardized work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing applying Lean methodologies and structured problem solving.
• 3+ years driving continuous improvement with financial savings, ROI, and budgeting.
• Formal Lean training with 5S, waste elimination, PDCA, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and lead time reduction.

Aufgaben

• Document current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities with Lean tools.
• Develop and implement SOPs, Standard Work, and 5S across units.
• Lead Lean initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Design and monitor KPIs, Kaizen activity, and cost savings tracking.
• Provide Lean training and enablement to teams.
• Guide Kaizen events and validate financial impact.
• Collaborate across manufacturing plants and with corporate partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve Kaizen objectives.
• Mentor teammates in structured problem solving and Lean methods.
• Prepare regular progress updates and weekly improvement reporting.
