Job summary

Morgan Truck Body is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for 1st shift to champion Lean across our Georgia facilities and beyond. You will mentor teams, drive Kaizen events, and manage enterprise-wide Lean projects while traveling to manufacturing locations to share best practices and coach local teams.

The role focuses on leading Lean initiatives, coaching team members, and building a culture of continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve safety, quality, and productivity across Morgan

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and team engagement across the facility.
• Travel approximately 25% to Morgan Truck Body locations for project support and knowledge sharing.
• Coach teams, facilitate Kaizen events, and sustain Lean deployment across multiple facilities.
• Develop and sustain standardized work practices, performance metrics, and improvement roadmaps.
