Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/industrial engineering or process-improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate application of industrial engineering principles to manufacturing flow, layout, safety and productivity objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies across departments.
• Design, implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop, maintain and standardize SOPs, work instructions and process maps.
• Promote integration of processes with technology and automation solutions to improve performance.
• Translate operational needs into technical requirements for process and system enhancements.
• Analyze production, quality and performance data to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
• Ensure processes meet specifications, regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
• Develop and deliver training on new processes, equipment, systems and best practices.
• Work with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
