Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required or preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering, data analysis, or process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to track KPIs plant-wide.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage scope.
• Provide training and support for end-users of data systems.
• Support safety programs and ensure policy compliance.
