Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer focused on optimizing manufacturing processes for custom stainless steel equipment within the Engineering & Design team.

You will analyze current workflows to identify improvement opportunities, implement process enhancements for safety, quality and efficiency, and collaborate with design, production and quality teams to translate engineering requirements into practical shop-floor solutions. Experience with stainless steel fabrication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially stainless steel fabrication and assembly.
• Experience with process analysis, improvement methodologies, and implementing best practices.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into shop-floor solutions.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools for process optimization.
• Focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process enhancements to boost safety, quality, and efficiency in fabrication and assembly operations.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to translate engineering requirements into practical shop-floor solutions.
• Support new product introductions and standardize work instructions.
