Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.

• Knowledge of cold rolled steel production and related processes.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• PC literacy and ERP/SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations in collaboration with the plant manager and coordinate operations personnel.
• Ensure compliance with Safety and Environmental Rules, OSHA/EPA-DEP regulations, and permit requirements.
• Lead Lean management initiatives and report KPI results to management.
• Maintain housekeeping and implement 5S standards across the production area.
• Support continuous improvement to meet quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets.
