Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
• Develop and manage preventive & predictive maintenance plans.
• Lead root cause analyses and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate outages, shutdowns, and major repair activities.
• Provide technical mentoring and training and prepare maintenance performance reports.
