Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, compliance and employee relations.
• Hands-on with ADP, Employee Navigator and benefits platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll administration and related reporting.
• Manage healthcare and benefits programs and invoicing.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee relations, engagement, and communications.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
• Generate HR metrics and reporting on headcount and turnover.
