Responsibilities

• Identify production bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
• Analyze process inefficiencies and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Provide RCA for steelmaking units including EAF, LMF, VTD, and Caster.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to meet metallurgical specs and resolve deviations.
• Lead capital improvement projects from design through commissioning.
• Standardize procedures and train plant personnel.
• Develop SOPs and document processes.
