Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group seeks a Process Engineer to provide on-the-floor engineering support, ensuring product processes meet customer specs and quality targets. You will driveLEAN initiatives, lead safety walks, and collaborate with operations to improve throughput and reliability.

The role emphasizes development of standard work, equipment efficiency, and plant optimization while contributing to preventative maintenance and capital projects.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree (B.S.) from an ABET-accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous improvement safety walks and lead safety discussions with shift teams.
• Lead facility safety issue resolution in partnership with shift supervisors.
• Execute scheduled PHAs and JSAs to maintain process safety.
• Proactively monitor operations and remediate potential safety issues.
• Utilize DAKOTA software for compliance, environmental, health and safety reporting.
