Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Jr Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations and ensure products meet customer specs and quality requirements. You will help develop and maintain systems for reliability, assist in capital projects, and oversee QC activities to improve process performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 1+ years engineering experience in manufacturing operations.
• Continuous web process and batch process equipment experience.
• Demonstrate ability to build relationships with all levels of the plant.
• Create standard work instructions/SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and reliability objectives.
• Participate in plant metric reporting and quality control planning.
• Coordinate QC objectives to resolve production problems and maximize product consistency.
• Design measurement and control systems for process plants based on lab data and pilot operations.
• Use SAP to monitor production and business functions.
• Support maintenance and capital improvement programs.
