Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to support the assigned program and area, ensuring products meet customer specs while maintaining smooth production flow.

You will help develop and maintain systems to assure product quality, reliability, and process improvements across the plant, working with QC and maintenance teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 1+ years engineering experience in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and set quality objectives.
• Participate in plant metric reporting.
• Coordinate quality control objectives and activities per the site plan to resolve production problems.
• Prepare estimates of production costs and progress reports for management.
• Design measurement and control systems for plants based on laboratory data and pilots.
