Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to drive ongoing production, validations and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading devices and ensure positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include owning assembly line performance, leading lean initiatives, and coordinating with quality, regulatory, and product development. Travel up to 5% may be required and experience in medical devices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 3+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical/process engineering ability.
• Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing methods.
• Experience with data analysis and problem solving.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Own assembly line performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead lean initiatives and value stream mapping.
• Collaborate with quality, product development, and regulatory teams.
• Define process qualifications and validation protocols.
• Document manufacturing processes and change controls.
• Support outside suppliers and new equipment installation.
