Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement across assembly lines.

You will troubleshoot line issues, perform root cause analyses, and lead CAPA activities to ensure product quality and reliability. The ideal candidate has a mechanical or industrial engineering background, 3+ years in manufacturing, and a strong grasp of lean methods, process validation, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns assembly line technical performance and troubleshooting.
• Lead lean initiatives, 5S, Kaizen, and VSM.
• Collaborates with quality, product development, and regulatory teams.
• Document control and process qualification per quality system.
