Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Significant experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, tools and techniques.
• Proven track record leading continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Experience with Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, SMED and TPM.
• Experience with MDI, visual management and productivity/OEE projects.
• Experience leading equipment outages, installations and new process implementations.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop sustainable corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Lean manufacturing processes and CI initiatives.
• Analyze current processes to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Develop and execute process improvement plans with measurable results.
• Monitor process performance metrics for ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate across functions to implement new or improved processes.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes.
