Job summary

Distribution International is seeking a Process Engineer to collaborate with fabrication shops to improve material and labor utilization, while partnering with pricing and sales to develop project pricing and manage master data. The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma tools to reduce lead times, costs, and improve quality.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and at least five years in manufacturing/continuous improvement, preferably in insulation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Experience in insulation industry preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (SXE) and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement in material and labor utilization with fabrication shops.
• Maintain fabrication cost models and update standards with time/material studies.
• Develop project pricing with pricing and sales teams; manage master data and costs.
