Tremco CPG Inc. is hiring a Process Engineer II to support safety, product quality, process control, and lean initiatives across manufacturing floors.

This role requires hands-on leadership with shift supervisors and a focus on resolving safety issues and improving operations. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, manage large process equipment projects (> $750k), mentor junior engineers, and apply Six Sigma/quality tools to prevent customer complaints while maintaining compliance with

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience and/or training.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety issue resolution and communication with shift supervisors.
• Execute scheduled PHAs and JSAs.
• Enhance productivity by eliminating non-value-added activities and applying engineering principles.
• Maximize equipment efficiency and product quality; troubleshoot and identify root causes of quality issues.
• Manage major process equipment projects (>$750k) on time and budget.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and develop standard work.
