Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Jr Process Engineer to support assigned programs and ensure products meet customer specs while maintaining production flow. You will help develop and optimize plant processes, oversee QC activities, and participate in capital projects.

Responsibilities include data analysis, metric reporting, and collaborating with engineering and maintenance to drive improvements across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 1+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing operations and ability to read product specifications.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and SAP in daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to set standards and quality objectives.
• Participate in plant metric reporting and monitor production flow.
• Coordinate QC objectives to resolve production problems and minimize costs.
• Design measurement and control systems for plants based on lab data.
• Use SAP to monitor production and business functions.
• Support preventative maintenance programs and capital projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance to drive continuous improvement.
